Booking terms

This policy applies to booking through Mikdex's main website and voice-agent website. Both use the same Mikdex Google Calendar integration.

Mikdex's booking form lets you request an introductory meeting about its services. Submit accurate contact information and book for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.

A booking is confirmed when the form reports success and the calendar event has been created. Selecting a time alone does not reserve it. Times may become unavailable if another booking is made before your submission completes.

Meeting times are displayed in the timezone selected in the form. Check the date and timezone in your invitation. To change or cancel a meeting, contact neddatascience@gmail.com or respond using the calendar invitation.

Booking an introductory meeting does not purchase a service or enter you into a paid services agreement. Any project scope, fees, or other commercial terms will be agreed separately.

The booking feature depends on Google Calendar, Google Meet, and website hosting services. If the form is unavailable or you do not receive an invitation, contact neddatascience@gmail.com to arrange a meeting.
