This policy applies to booking through Mikdex's main website and voice-agent website. Both use the same Mikdex Google Calendar integration.

Mikdex uses the information you submit through its booking form to arrange and manage a conversation with you. The form collects your name, email address, selected service and meeting time, and any phone number or message you choose to provide.

Google Calendar access

Mikdex connects its calendar owner's Google account to check free/busy information and create meeting events. Visitors do not need to connect their own Google accounts. Calendar access is used to avoid scheduling conflicts and to create bookings, Google Meet links, and attendee invitations.

Your submitted booking information is included in the meeting event stored in Google Calendar. Google receives this information to provide Calendar and Meet services. Mikdex's website hosting provider processes the requests needed to operate the booking form and may retain technical request logs.

The booking integration does not use Google Calendar information for advertising, sell it, or send it to AI models for training. Mikdex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and requests

Calendar authorization credentials are kept on the server and are not included in the public website's JavaScript. Booking details remain in the calendar until removed by the calendar owner; cancelling an invitation does not necessarily delete every copy held by attendees or Google.

For questions about booking information, corrections, or deletion requests, contact neddatascience@gmail.com. The calendar owner can revoke Mikdex's Google access through their Google Account permissions.
